Overview

The City of Markham's Application for Subdivision Agreement, a form revised December 2013 for each phase of a draft approved plan of subdivision, with a fee note pointing to Fee By-law 211-83. It collects property and draft plan approval details, owner and agent information, a phase plan summary, unit counts by lot type and land areas by use, a solemn declaration, the owner's authorization and an acknowledgement of public information sworn before a Commissioner. A subdivision checklist lists the planning, engineering and urban design items and when each is due.
