Overview

The City of Markham's ePLAN quick reference for a Technical Review of Subdivision (TEC) application, the detailed engineering review for each phase of a subdivision, dated December 2024. It explains that the Project Engineer forwards the application form, which goes by email to Development Services so a technician can create the ePLAN application, then covers uploading to the planning and engineering folders and fees after the prescreen review.
