The City of Markham's administrative guidelines for Markham Heritage Estates, a heritage subdivision created in 1988 to receive threatened heritage houses relocated from elsewhere in the City, revised February 2021 by the Heritage Section. The handbook for potential purchasers sets out the concept and an approval flowchart, then building eligibility, the letter of intent, financial evaluation, lot allocation, permits and agreements, relocation, restoration and landscaping, and inspections, with appendices on restoration plans, lot prices, a sample agreement of purchase and sale, and heritage easements.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
