Overview

An Engineers, Architects and Building Officials (EABO) standard form, endorsed by the Ontario Association of Architects, Professional Engineers Ontario and the Ontario Building Officials Association, linked by the City of Markham as Commitment to General Reviews. In Part A the owner confirms that the named architects and/or professional engineers have been retained to undertake general review of the construction or demolition against the permit's plans and documents; in Part B those architects and engineers, by discipline, declare they are licensed to practise in Ontario and have taken on that review.
