Overview

The Berczy Glen Secondary Plan, Part II of the City of Markham's Official Plan 2014, adopted by Official Plan Amendment No. 24 and amended by OPA 55, in its July 17, 2024 Office Consolidation. It covers the Future Urban Area block bounded by Major Mackenzie Drive East, Warden Avenue, Elgin Mills Road East and Woodbine Avenue, planned for about 4,200 dwelling units and 13,000 residents, with policies on environmental systems, housing and parks, urban design, transportation, land use designations and site-specific areas, and maps SP1 to SP6.
