The Victoria Glen Secondary Plan, Part II of the City of Markham's Official Plan 2014, adopted by Official Plan Amendment No. 37 and dated November 9, 2021. It covers the Future Urban Area block bounded by Elgin Mills Road East, Woodbine Avenue, Warden Avenue and 19th Avenue, planned for about 840 dwelling units and 2,500 residents, with policies on community structure, environmental systems, housing, parks and cultural heritage, urban design, transportation and services, land use designations, implementation and interpretation, and maps SP1 to SP6.
