Overview
The Robinson Glen Secondary Plan, Part II of the City of Markham's Official Plan 2014, adopted by Official Plan Amendment No. 26 and dated November 27, 2018. It covers the Future Urban Area block bounded by Major Mackenzie Drive East, Kennedy Road, Elgin Mills Road East and McCowan Avenue, planned for about 4,800 dwelling units, 14,000 residents and 1,200 jobs, with policies on community structure, environmental systems and stormwater, housing, parks and cultural heritage, urban design, transportation and services, land use designations, implementation and interpretation, and maps SP1 to SP6.
