The City of Markham's ePLAN User Manual page, printed as "How to Downloading Files", on downloading approved drawings and documents from the ePLAN Digital Review Environment, from Development Services, October 2026, linked from the EPLAN Information page. Its eleven steps run from logging in to the portal and opening the application's Files tab, through the Approved folder, or the Endorsed folder for site plan applications at the endorsement stage, to downloading the stamped files as a zip file.
