The Town of Milton's By-law No. 97-2005, passed August 8, 2005, in five pages, on how the cost of division fences is apportioned between adjoining owners. It sets out definitions, fencing regulations, apportionment of cost, the Line Fences Act for non-urban areas, enforcement, exclusions, penalty and repeal of By-law 100-2003. The Town's pages link it as the Fence By-law. The Town's Swimming Pool Fencing By-law and zoning by-law cover pool enclosures and fence height.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
