City of Mississauga By-law 0045-2019, the Demolition Control By-law, passed in March 2019 under section 33 of the Planning Act. It designates the whole city as a demolition control area for residential properties and lists the cases outside it, such as demolitions that keep the number of dwelling units. It covers demolition control permits, with separate approval paths for fewer than six and six or more units, replacement building conditions, relief, revocation and penalties, and links to the Rental Housing Protection By-law, the Heritage By-law and Building By-law 251-13.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
