The City of Mississauga's guidelines for reviewing rental housing demolition or conversion applications, endorsed by Council on June 5, 2019 and updated July 31, 2026. They support Rental Housing Protection By-law 121-2018, made under Section 99.1 of the Municipal Act, 2001, covering when the by-law applies, application contents, 2025 rent thresholds from CMHC data, one-to-one replacement and retention terms, tenant assistance and compensation, off-site and cash-in-lieu replacement, step-by-step processes, tenant timelines, a rental information table and a flowchart. The application form sits beside them.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
