Overview

Mississauga's application for exemption from part-lot control, Form 2799, under the Planning Act. Page one is a notice listing the accompanying schedules and stating that the exemption provisions cover lots within registered plans of subdivision and that exemption by-laws expire three years after enactment; its submission requirements list a draft reference plan, a lot schedule with frontages and areas, an engineer's certification and, for a whole industrial subdivision, a Document General. Pages two and three collect applicant, owner and property details, plans, and the lots and units proposed.
