Form 2793, the one-page schedule in which a registered property owner names an applicant, by name or company, to submit an application to the City of Mississauga Planning and Building Department and act on the owner's behalf. It states that the authority lasts until the owner revokes it in writing and that a revocation does not undo what the applicant did before the City received it. The City links it from its site plan, rezoning, subdivision, part lot control and condominium application pages, beside the owner's public information acknowledgement.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
