Form 2991, the four-page planning information schedule that accompanies a site plan approval application to the City of Mississauga. It records existing and proposed zoning, associated or previous applications from Official Plan amendments to Minister's Zoning Orders, and tables of existing and proposed land uses with units, parking, gross floor area and density. Residential units are broken down by bedroom count and by rental, condo, freehold and affordable tenure. A summary table gives building heights, setbacks and site areas, then other project details such as geocoded files and non-profit housing.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
