Overview

City of Mississauga By-law 0185-2010, passed by Council in June 2010, amending Site Plan Control By-law 0293-2006. It removes zone R2-35 from subsection 5(a), extends subsection 5(m)(ii) to Employment lands that abut or include greenbelt, open space, parkway belt and the greenbelt overlay, and repeals and replaces Schedules 1, 2, 3, 7 and 7B. Those five revised site plan control area maps, covering roads across the city, Lakeshore Road West, Sheridan Park and Dundas Street West, make up the rest of its six pages.
