Overview

Mississauga's Standard Unit Prices, revised June 27th, 2024 by the Urban Design Section of the Planning and Building Department. The two-page table prices the items in a site plan landscape cost estimate: trees, shrubs and ground cover, pedestrian paving, fencing, site furnishings, children's play areas, landscape structures and sodding, with lump-sum allowances for tree preservation, accessible parking signage, neighbourhood signs, wind and noise mitigation certification and rooftop mechanical screening. Several items read MP & I instead of a price. It pairs with the City's standard landscape cost estimate format.
