Overview

City of Mississauga By-law 0051-2013, enacted and passed on March 6, 2013, amending Site Plan Control By-law 0293-2006. It adds the Downtown Core lands shown on Schedule 12, between Highway 403 and Burnhamthorpe Road around Hurontario Street, and ties site plan applications there to the Built Form Standards attached as Schedule 12A. Most of the 44-page scan is that document, the Downtown Core Built Form Standards dated January 22, 2013, covering street frontages, ground floor treatments, retail activation, structured parking, building design, tall buildings and a glossary.
