The City of Mississauga urban design division's built form standards for the downtown core, printed as Schedule 12A and marked last update 2020, with selected content carried into the Downtown Core Local Area Plan as official plan policy. Section 2 organises the standards by street frontage, separating A and B streets and covering access, parking, service and loading, buildings facing parks, ground floor and retail treatments, structured parking and mid-block pedestrian connections. Section 4 takes tall residential buildings element by element, from massing and podium through tower shafts to the tower top.
