Mississauga's terms of reference for a servicing plan, dated June 2023, from the Transportation & Works Department. It defines the plan as a drawing of every site servicing system, from sanitary, storm and water services to accesses, sidewalks and utilities, out to the street centreline, prepared and sealed by an Ontario professional engineer. It lists the general information for every plan, from title block and scale to existing and proposed services, and the detailed servicing information, including pipe data, easements, right-of-way works and the City of Mississauga benchmark note.
