Overview

The Mississauga Green Development Standard Developer Checklist for mid-rise and high-rise multi-unit residential development of five storeys or more, from the Development and Design Division. After project information, a table for each of the five themes sets out the Tier 1 requirement, the submission material for site plan approval, and a column for the plan, drawing or report reference. Its energy row carries GHGI, TEUI and TEDI targets; later rows cover embodied carbon, resilience, bird-friendly glazing, lighting and natural systems. It pairs with the mid-rise and high-rise GDS Guidebook.
