Overview

The Resilience Planning Checklist from Mississauga's Green Development Standard, issued by the Planning and Building Department's Development and Design Division and linked from all four GDS building-type pages. It is the submission for the R2: Refuge and Back-up Power Generation metric. After project information and a definition of building resilience, open questions ask for the design measures behind thermal resilience, on-site flood mitigation, managing power outages, and building durability with reference to CSA S478, ending with checkboxes and a question on manager and tenant preparedness.
