Overview

Mississauga's terms of reference for community meetings held on development applications, Version 1.0 dated May 26, 2023, from the Planning and Building Department. It covers meetings for Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments, plans of subdivision and rental-to-condominium conversions, hosted by the ward councillor with the applicant. Its guidelines set out the venue within the ward, notice to owners within 120m, format, evening scheduling and who attends, then list the contents of the Community Meeting Report signed by a Registered Professional Planner.
