Mississauga's Green Development Standard guidebook for low-rise multi-unit residential development: buildings of four storeys or less with 10 or more units. Prepared by Sustainability Solutions Group and revised January 2025, it sets out the GDS scope and exemptions, how the standard runs through the Site Plan Application process on ePlans, and the Tier 1 mandatory metrics across five themes, with energy performance set at ENERGY STAR for New Homes 17.1 or R-2000. Each metric gives its requirement, submission specifications and resources. The low-rise Developer Checklist is completed from it.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
