Overview

The Mississauga Green Development Standard Developer Checklist for institutional and commercial development, from the Planning and Building Department's Development and Design Division. After project information, a table for each of the five themes gives the Tier 1 requirement, the submission material for site plan approval, and a column for the plan, drawing or report reference. Energy targets are split between office or institutional buildings and other commercial uses, and the climate impact theme includes an electric vehicle charging row. It pairs with the institutional and commercial GDS Guidebook.
