Overview

The Mississauga Green Development Standard Developer Checklist for low-rise multi-unit residential development of four storeys or less with 10 or more units, from the Planning and Building Department's Development and Design Division. After project information, a table for each of the five themes gives the Tier 1 requirement, the submission material for site plan approval, and a column for the plan, drawing or report reference. Metrics run from ENERGY STAR or R-2000 energy performance to bird-friendly glazing, tree soil volumes and sustainable roofs. It pairs with the low-rise GDS Guidebook.
