Mississauga's Green Development Standard guidebook for industrial development: warehouses, distribution centres, research facilities and truck terminals. Prepared for the City by Sustainability Solutions Group, revised January 2025, it covers the GDS scope and exemptions, the submission steps through the Site Plan Application process on ePlans, and the Tier 1 mandatory metrics in five themes. Its energy metric sets GHGI, TEUI and TEDI targets with an Energy Modeling Report before Site Plan approval, and it includes an electric vehicle infrastructure metric. The industrial Developer Checklist is completed from it.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
