Overview

Terms of reference from Mississauga's Transportation and Works Department, Infrastructure Planning and Engineering Services Division, for the Phase One and Phase Two Environmental Site Assessments that support development applications, both revised January 2023. Each part explains what the study is under Ontario Regulation 153/04, who prepares it (a Qualified Person), why and when the City asks for it, and the letter of reliance it expects. They note that CSA Z768 and Z769 assessments are not accepted and refer to Section 5 of the Transportation and Works Development Requirements Manual.
