The City of Mississauga's Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) principles, first issued January 2013, approved by Council in March 2013 under Resolution 0031-2013 and updated November 2014. Illustrated with photographs of Mississauga sites, it explains CPTED objectives and four design strategies: natural surveillance, natural access control, territorial reinforcement, and mechanical surveillance and access control. It sets out space assessment by designation, definition and design, then how CPTED enters the City's review of subdivisions, site and landscape plans and rezonings, City facilities and parks, and the Mississauga CPTED Advisory Committee.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
