Overview

Mississauga's terms of reference for a Park Dedication Study, dated August 2024, from the Community Services Department's Parks & Culture Planning Section. The study, signed by an OALA landscape architect, shows how a proposed park block on a development site meets the City's criteria for unencumbered parkland. It lists the proposal description and site concept plan contents, then the criteria: sun access, wind comfort, street frontage, size and shape, adjacent uses, location, encumbrances, connectivity and condition, with reference to the Parkland Conveyance By-law and Parks Plan.
