Overview

Mississauga's terms of reference for arborist reports, tree inventories and tree preservation plans, revised September 2022. It names the Official Plan policy behind them, the applications they can accompany, from official plan amendments to site plans, and the qualified authors: ISA certified arborists, registered professional foresters and OALA landscape architects. It sets out the report's title page, scope, comments, conclusions and photos, the inventory chart's fields such as DBH, canopy and Tree Protection Zone, the preservation plan's drawing content, and the one-replacement-tree-per-15cm-DBH ratio.
