Overview

Mississauga's terms of reference for the Energy Modeling Report behind the Green Development Standard's EB1: Energy Performance metric. It applies to buildings over 2,000 m² and is linked from the mid-rise and high-rise residential, institutional and commercial, and industrial GDS pages. A table sets TEUI, TEDI and GHGI targets for each building type across Tiers 1 to 3. It then describes the Design Development Stage and As-Constructed reports, the five report sections, accepted software, and SB-10 and NECB reference paths.
