The terms of reference for the Mississauga Urban Design Advisory Panel, an independent advisory body to the Planning and Building Department that makes recommendations to staff and holds no authority to approve or refuse projects. It sets the scope of work — the city centre, major proposed development in the downtown, nodes, corporate centres, intensification corridors and major transit stations — then panel membership, quorum, conflict of interest, meeting procedure with ten minute staff and proponent presentations, and the sixteen-item information package with its three week deadline.
