Overview

A one-page letter template, marked Appendage 8.3, in which a landscape architect notifies the City of Mississauga's Planning and Building Department that the site works on an approved site plan are complete. It carries the site plan file, project address, owner and landscape contractor, and records that the architect verified parking stalls and painted lines, accessible parking stalls and accessible parking signage under By-law 10-2016. It closes with a request for a City site inspection, the OALA seal and an inspection fee checkbox, beside the City's Reduction Certificate.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
