Overview

City of Mississauga By-law 0238-2007, a four-page amendment to Site Plan Control By-law 0293-2006 making technical changes after Council enacted the Mississauga Zoning By-law. It puts lands with an Employment zone under subsection 4(c), rewrites the zone list in subsection 5(a), sets a 10 m2 floor area threshold for Utility-zone buildings, covers Employment lands within 60 m of residential zones or abutting greenbelt and open space, adds power generating facilities, and ties each change's coming into force to the related zone in the Zoning By-law.
