This is the City of Mississauga’s document, as published on its website on 19 October 2026. The municipality may have changed it since: check the current version at the source. Legal notice
A one-page letter in which a landscape architect reports to the City of Mississauga's Planning and Building Department how far the site works on an approved site plan are complete. Blanks give percentages of plant material, grading and sodding, fencing, hard surface material and other items, and comments. Because weather keeps the City from inspecting the works, the letter asks that the applicant be granted a reduction to the Letter of Credit. It carries the OALA seal and an inspection fee checkbox and pairs with the Landscape Completion Notification Certificate.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
