Overview

City of Mississauga By-law 0028-2014, enacted and passed on February 12, 2014, amending Site Plan Control By-law 0293-2006. This four-page scan adds two classes of controlled development to section 5: lands for a temporary sales trailer, and outdoor play areas accessory to a day care use licensed under the Day Nurseries Act. It amends the Schedule 4 and 5 maps and adds Schedule 5A, which shades lands along Camilla Road and Paisley Boulevard East between King Street East and Queensway East.
