Overview

City of Mississauga By-law 0204-2017, enacted and passed on November 22, 2017, amending Site Plan Control By-law 0293-2006. This three-page scan deletes subsections 4(d) and 5(m)(iv), replaces the word greenbelt with greenlands in subsection 5(m)(ii), and substitutes revised Schedules 7 and 7A, the site plan control area maps that make up its other two pages. Schedule 7 runs south from Eglinton Avenue to Lakeshore Road, with a pointer to Schedule 7A. It is one of the amending by-laws the City lists beside the Site Plan Control By-law.
