Mississauga's site plan approval application fee worksheet, Form 2832, revised December 2025 under the Planning Act. Page one builds a standard site plan fee from a $12,164 base, with variable rates per residential unit and per square metre of commercial, office, institutional and industrial floor area, each with its maximum. Page two covers limited circulation applications, with departmental review surcharges, and master site plans at a $75,660 base fee, then notes on podium towers, townhouses, major revisions and the pre-application meeting credit, deferring to the Planning Act Processing Fees By-law.
