Overview

City of Mississauga By-law 0146-2008, enacted and passed in May 2008, amending Site Plan Control By-law 0293-2006. This two-page scan adds Schedule 11 and a clause (q) to section 5 bringing all development or redevelopment of the lands shown on that schedule under site plan control. Schedule 11, its second page, shades a small parcel at High Street West and Wesley Crescent, near Lakeshore Road West and Mississauga Road North. By-law 0030-2016 later deleted Schedule 11.
