Overview

The City of Mississauga's standard format for a landscape cost estimate on a site plan application, laid out for a landscape architect's letterhead and O.A.L.A. seal. Section 1, Internal Site Works, itemises plant material, paving, landscape structures, recreational amenities, fine grading and sodding, and allowances for accessible parking signage, the City Centre model, tree preservation security, noise, wind and lighting certification and rooftop mechanical screening. Section 2 covers park and open space fencing and clean-up, then a 10% supervision allowance. The City's Standard Unit Prices sheet supplies the rates.

What it covers

  • Section 1 – Internal Site Works
  • Section 2 – Park / Open Space
  • Landscape Architect’s Supervision and Administration Allowance (10% of Total Cost)
  • Site Works Grand Total
Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.
