Overview

City of Mississauga By-law 0247-2014, enacted and passed on September 10, 2014, amending Site Plan Control By-law 0293-2006. This two-page scan adds clause (v) to section 5, bringing all development or redevelopment on the lands shown on Schedule 14 under site plan control, and adds that schedule. Schedule 14, its second page, shades the block bounded by Ninth Line, Eglinton Avenue West, Ridgeway Drive and Highway 403, beside the Town of Milton boundary. It is one of the amending by-laws the City lists beside the Site Plan Control By-law.
