Overview

City of Mississauga By-law 0118-2014, enacted and passed on May 14, 2014, amending Site Plan Control By-law 0293-2006. This five-page scan adds clause (u) to section 5, bringing all development or redevelopment on the lands shown on Schedule 13 under site plan control, and adds Schedules 13, 13A, 13B and 13C. The four maps cover lands between Derry Road West and Britannia Road West, along Ninth Line, and streets including Windhaven Drive, Osprey Boulevard and Mayla Drive. By-law 0073-2024 later deleted these schedules.
