Overview

Mississauga's Site Plan Undertaking in its corporate version, Form 2057A, addressed to the Commissioner of Planning and Building as the City's delegated authority for site plan approval. A corporation signs it against a site plan application number. Its seven terms cover the three-year life of an approval, a 42-month completion date for landscaping and site works, securities the Commissioner may draw on, entry to the site, development charges, and its standing as an agreement under clause 41(7)(c) of the Planning Act, with cost recovery through the tax roll.
