Overview

City of Mississauga By-law 0030-2016, enacted and passed on February 24, 2016, amending Site Plan Control By-law 0293-2006. This two-page scan replaces the second preamble to record that section 19.14.1 of Mississauga Official Plan designates all lands in the City as a Site Plan Control Area, rewrites the list of zones in subsection 5(a), deletes subsections 5(n) and (q), deletes Schedules 10 and 11, and substitutes a revised Schedule 2, a citywide map from Highway 407 to Eglinton Avenue that forms its second page.
