Overview

City of Mississauga By-law 0160-2022, a two-page amendment to Site Plan Control By-law 0293-2006 passed in 2022. Citing section 41(4) of the Planning Act, it adds duplexes with direct frontage on a public road to section 4, adds duplexes to the detached-dwelling lands shown on Schedule 5, renumbers sections 5 to 12, and adds a new section 5 on the exterior design and sustainable design elements, such as trees, permeable paving, street furniture and bicycle parking, that site plan drawings show under section 19.14 of the Official Plan.
