Overview

The City of Mississauga's terms of reference for a streetscape feasibility study, identified at a pre-application meeting for rezoning applications. The study tests whether a 2 m wide by 2 m deep unencumbered street tree corridor, set at least 0.75 m back from the municipal curb, fits in the public right-of-way along the development's frontages, and what setback or utility relocation follows if it does not. Appendices carry the boulevard treatment areas, the utility plan terms of reference and the streetscape drawing requirements.
