Mississauga's one-page fee worksheet for an application for exemption from part-lot control, Form 2800, revised December 2025. It adds a $2,074 base fee per application to a $71 variable rate for each semi-detached, townhouse or industrial lot or block created, giving a total application fee. Its notes point to the Planning Services Centre of the Development and Design Division and the eplans.devdes@mississauga.ca address for checking the calculation, mention possible legal services fees on registration, and defer to the Planning Act Processing Fees By-law. It accompanies the City's Form 2799 application.
