Town of Oakville By-law 2024-034, cited as the Parkland Dedication By-law, passed on the 8th day of April, 2024 and in force from April 9, 2024. Made under section 42 of the Planning Act, it deals with the conveyance of parkland or payment in lieu of parkland as a condition of development, and repeals By-law 2022-108. Eight pages in seven parts cover definitions, application, calculation, parkland credits, payment in lieu, land value determination and administration. It is one of the Town's development-related charge by-laws.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
