The Town of Oakville's one-page Development Charges Information Pamphlet, a plain summary of what development charges are and how Development Charges By-law 2022-068, passed July 12, 2022, applies them across the town. It covers background, the services charged (general government, library, fire protection, by-law enforcement, parks and recreation, public transit and services related to a highway), mandated and non-statutory exemptions, demolition credits, the Treasurer's annual statement and a contact for the Finance department.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
