A two-page definitions sheet headed Regional Municipality of Halton Non-Residential Development Charges Information Form, dated September 1, 2022. It holds the Regional definitions per By-law 25-22, among them accessory commercial building, agricultural development, building, commercial use, industrial, retail, seasonal structure, temporary building, temporary venue and total floor area. The Town links it as the Non-Residential DC Information Form, but the file carries only definitions and no fields; Oakville's separate Regional, Local Municipality and School Boards form, final October 2020, refers to attached definitions.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
